Shipping – Domestic Policy
We ship all orders, if in stock, within 1-2 business days. Most domestic shipments will take 2-5 business days for delivery. Upon shipment, you will receive an email from email@example.com with tracking information and updates on your order.
If you have a larger order, this can take approximately, 2-7 business days depending on your delivery address/location.
In regards to domestic orders, if a package is lost or damaged in transit we will reship it at no additional cost. However, if it is lost in transit, your package can only be re-shipped, not refunded.
Once an item is scanned and updated as DELIVERED within the United States (USA) or military base, it is considered delivered and we are not going to consider it for a free reshipment.
Returns – Domestic Policy
Operation Glow skin care items are backed by a 30 day from order date money back guarantee for all orders. Orders cancelled prior to shipment are entitled to a full refund.
We will provide and pay for a return label if the mishap (incorrect or defective item) is our error.
For apparel, we accept exchanges under the following terms:
1) Items must be unwashed, unworn, must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
2) Items can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date.
3) Items must be in original condition as received.
For all returns:
- A prepaid return shipping label MUST be sent by Operation-Glow.com or our Customer Service team. Failure to comply with using our return shipping label will delay your refund or cause it to be incomplete.
- Returns are processed within 2-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our facility.
- Refunds are processed at the speed at which your bank or credit card will allow. Typically, it’s 5-10 business days.
Once opened and used, any apparel is not eligible for a return or refund.
Refunds are issued to the credit card or payment method used in the transaction. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any packages returned to us by the designated carrier because the customer was not available to receive the package or due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping costs to reship.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All international sales, outside of the US, are final and are under no circumstances eligible for refund. All items must be pre-approved for return by emailing us or contacting us through the “Contact Us” page.
Shipping and Returns – International Policy
All international orders are subject to the same shipping time as domestic orders, which is: all orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.
Tracking information is provided automatically and emailed once your package ships. It is important to note that on international orders, customers must accept that it is their responsibility for the package to deliver once it has shipped from our warehouse.
All sales are final on all international sales and no returns will be considered. All refunds will be determinant on an individual basis; lost items are deemed the customers responsibility and damage packages are the only packages that will be re-shipped.
Important International Restrictions
Each and every country has different laws and therefore different regulations about the merchandise that you purchase. Before you place your order, please make sure that your local customs laws are in accordance with your purchase, especially as customs are strict with skin care, cosmetics, and dietary supplements. It is your responsibility for what is and what isn’t legal in your country.
We always ship discreetly to maximize your privacy. We cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or packing fees asserted by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping fees and your responsibility.
Operation-glow.com will not ship any product(s) to any country that may require any type of license and we will not be held liable for any issues at your local post office or not delivered back to us. No refunds will be given for any product seized at your local customs office or not delivered back to us. By ordering from operation-glow.com, you are stating that you agree to our shipping policy and terms of condition.
